Where are sessions located?
As mobile therapists, we travel anywhere you are within Williamson and Davidson Counties, Tennessee.
Whether at home, the gym, work, or wherever, we will meet you! We also offer virtual sessions nationawide.

How long are sessions?
Most sessions are 60 minutes. Our sessions are one on one! We never hand over your care to an assistant and we don’t have other patients lined up demanding our time.
Without the restrictions that come from working with insurance companies, we see less patients and have more time and energy to dedicate to you.
We also have the opportunity to host group classes or 2 on 1 sessions for those with similar conditions and goals. Ask your provider about options!

Will I need anything?
No! All of our mobile therapists are licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy and will bring everything needed for your wellness experience directly to your door.
Just wear something comfortable you can move in.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Same-day and evening appointments are available. We will accommodate your busy life and schedule to get you started as soon as possible.

Do I need a referral from a Doctor?
No! In all US states you can see a physical therapist at any point that you have pain or injury without a referral. In fact, research has repeatedly proven that the sooner you see a PT, the better your outcomes will be. Contact us today to set up your evaluation.
Do we work with insurance?
Being out-of-network allows us to provide highly personalized, expert care when and where you need it most. We’re working to avoid the consequences that traditional clinics bear due to insurance contracts. Because of this we offer care that is convenient, 1 on 1, and flexible for your busy schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
It is understandable that circumstances may arise which cause you to cancel your appointment. However, cancellations have an impact on our providers’ time and schedule. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged. Cancellations less than 24 hours of a scheduled appointment time will incur the half price of the session.
